Welcome to the first release of the Ontario Health Informatics Standards Council’s (OHISC) Standards Knowledge Management Tool (SKMT)! It contains valuable information about standards products (including best practices, guidelines, informational documents, as well as recognized standards) that will enhance the quality and interoperability of information systems that support the delivery of health care in Ontario. Users will also benefit from the list of other projects and initiatives that have adopted these standards products and lessons they have learned.
